Before using a drop box, the customer is obliged to familiarize himself with the contents of these operating rules, including the technical instructions for operating the locking and unlocking system of the drop boxes and the instructions for using the drop boxes, which are listed on the left side of the glass next to the drop boxes and on the operator's website, and to comply with them in full. By using the drop box, the customer agrees to these operating rules and voluntarily submits to them.<br \/>The storage boxes are only accessible when the Public Transport Terminal is open to the public, i.e. Monday - Friday 5:00 - 23:00, Saturday - Sunday 6:00 - 22:00.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II.<\/strong><br \/>1. Do odkl\u00e1dac\u00edho boxu je mo\u017eno ulo\u017eit pouze zavazadla, kter\u00e1 sv\u00fdmi rozm\u011bry, hmotnost\u00ed a tvarem odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed velikosti odkl\u00e1dac\u00edho boxu a sv\u00fdm obsahem nemohou zp\u016fsobit \u0161kodu na majetku provozovatele nebo t\u0159et\u00edch osob.<br \/><br \/>2. Odkl\u00e1dac\u00ed box nepln\u00ed funkci bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed schr\u00e1nky \u010di trezoru a nen\u00ed ur\u010den k odkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed cenn\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk nese plnou odpov\u011bdnost za obsah zavazadla ulo\u017een\u00e9ho v odkl\u00e1dac\u00edm boxu.<br \/><br \/>3. It is forbidden to place the following items in the storage box:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a. precious metals and articles of precious metals, coins, precious stones, jewellery,<br \/><br \/>b. finan\u010dn\u00ed hotovost, platebn\u00ed karty, ceniny, vkladn\u00ed kn\u00ed\u017eky, osobn\u00ed a cestovn\u00ed doklady, cenn\u00e9 pap\u00edry,<br \/><br \/>c. objects of artistic, historical or collector's value,<br \/><br \/>d. st\u0159eln\u00e9, se\u010dn\u00e9 a bodn\u00e9 zbran\u011b, v\u00fdbu\u0161niny, pyrotechnika, samoz\u00e1paln\u00e9 a t\u011bkav\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, jedovat\u00e9, \u017e\u00edrav\u00e9 \u010di jinak nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, narkotika a psychotropn\u00ed l\u00e1tky,<br \/><br \/>e. food and other perishable material,<br \/><br \/>f. living and dead animals, biological tissues, anatomical parts, plants,<br \/><br \/>g. dirty or wet objects, objects that cause resistance, as well as objects that<br \/>by their nature or packaging may cause damage to health, the environment or<br \/>property of the operator or third parties.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>4. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the operator, state authority or government agency is<br \/>is entitled to open the storage box or the luggage stored in it at any time for security reasons and for reasons of protection of life and health.<\/p>\n<p><strong>III.<\/strong><br \/>1. The customer selects the size on the touch screen of the storage box assembly<br \/>storage box (XL, L, M or S) and the storage time in the storage box (12 hours). The customer will then enter his\/her e-mail address or mobile phone number, to which a PIN code will be sent to open the box.Depending on the size of the storage box chosen by the customer, the customer will be shown a specific price for the use of the box. The customer is obliged to pay the price for the use of the drop box in advance by contactless credit card or by mobile phone.<br \/><br \/>2. The current price list of storage boxes of all sizes for all storage periods is listed directly on each storage box set and also on the operator's website.<br \/><br \/>3. After paying the price for the use of the drop box, the customer will then open the specific box.<br \/><br \/>4. Doba \u00faschovy za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 b\u011b\u017eet zaplacen\u00edm ceny za vyu\u017eit\u00ed odkl\u00e1dac\u00edho boxu, um\u00edst\u011bn\u00edm zavazadla do odkl\u00e1dac\u00edho boxu a jeho uzav\u0159en\u00edm. \u00daschova kon\u010d\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00edm odkl\u00e1dac\u00edho boxu z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem, resp. provozovatelem za podm\u00ednek uveden\u00fdch v \u010dl.IV. tohoto provozn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du.<br \/><br \/>5. The customer is entitled to enter the storage box paid for by him\/her during the storage period, even repeatedly, without ending the selected storage period.<br \/><br \/>6. In the event that the customer fails to comply with the custody period selected and paid for by him, he is obliged to pay the price for the custody period corresponding to the price for the custody period in the given time zone (in the event of failure to comply with the custody period within 12 hours, the additional payment for each additional 12 hours according to the size and price of the specific box). Any additional charges for non-compliance with the storage period are payable before opening the box and collecting the luggage from it. The box cannot be opened without payment of the additional fee.<br \/><br \/>7. The longest possible custody period is 72 hours.<br \/><br \/>8. Po vyzvednut\u00ed zavazadla z odkl\u00e1dac\u00edho boxu je z\u00e1kazn\u00edk povinen zkontrolovat, zda v odkl\u00e1dac\u00edm boxu nic nezanechal a zda nedo\u0161lo ke zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u010di po\u0161kozen\u00ed odkl\u00e1dac\u00edho boxu. Pokud z\u00e1kazn\u00edk zjist\u00ed, \u017ee do\u0161lo k po\u0161kozen\u00ed majetku provozovatele, je povinen neprodlen\u011b o t\u00e9to skute\u010dnosti provozovatele informovat na telefonu <a href=\"tel:725 766 145\">725 766 145<\/a> v pond\u011bl\u00ed a\u017e p\u00e1tek 8:00 \u2013 19:00, sobota \u2013 ned\u011ble 12:00 \u2013 22:00. V ostatn\u00edch \u010dasech na telefonu <a href=\"tel:495 089 227\">495 089 227<\/a>.<br \/><br \/>9. If the customer forgets the PIN code to open the drop box, it is necessary to<br \/>kontaktovat provozovatele na telefonu <a href=\"tel:+420725 766 145\">725 766 145<\/a> v pond\u011bl\u00ed a\u017e p\u00e1tek 8:00 \u2013 19:00, sobota \u2013 ned\u011ble 12:00 \u2013 22:00. V ostatn\u00edch \u010dasech na telefonu <a href=\"tel:+420495 089 227\">495 089 227<\/a>.<br \/><br \/>10. When the storage box is opened by the operator's service technician, the customer is obliged to<br \/>prove your identity with a valid personal document with a photograph (ID card,<br \/>cestovn\u00ed pas), popsat obsah v\u011bc\u00ed ulo\u017een\u00fdch v odkl\u00e1dac\u00edm boxu a n\u00e1sledn\u011b podepsat potvrzen\u00ed o jejich p\u0159evzet\u00ed, v n\u011bm\u017e se zav\u00e1\u017ee k n\u00e1hrad\u011b p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 \u0161kody, kter\u00e1 by provozovateli mohla vzniknout v\u00fddejem zavazadla neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9 osob\u011b. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk je povinen zaplatit provozovateli za z\u00e1sah servisn\u00edho technika poplatek ve v\u00fd\u0161i 500 K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IV.<\/strong><br \/>1. Nen\u00ed-li zavazadlo ve lh\u016ft\u011b nejpozd\u011bji do 72 hodin po uplynut\u00ed \u00faschovn\u00ed doby z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem z odkl\u00e1dac\u00edho boxu vyzvednuto, je provozovatel opr\u00e1vn\u011bn odkl\u00e1dac\u00ed box otev\u0159\u00edt, v\u010detn\u011b otev\u0159en\u00ed v n\u011bm ulo\u017een\u00fdch zavazadel, sepsat protokol o obsahu odkl\u00e1dac\u00edho boxu a jeho obsah p\u0159ev\u00e9zt a ulo\u017eit do skladovac\u00edch prostor provozovatele, s v\u00fdjimkou p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f podl\u00e9haj\u00edc\u00edch rychl\u00e9 zk\u00e1ze, kter\u00e9 je provozovatel opr\u00e1vn\u011bn zlikvidovat okam\u017eit\u011b a tato skute\u010dnost je poznamen\u00e1na v sepsan\u00e9m protokolu. Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk je povinen zaplatit provozovateli za otev\u0159en\u00ed odkl\u00e1dac\u00edho boxu, p\u0159evezen\u00ed a ulo\u017een\u00ed obsahu odkl\u00e1dac\u00edho boxu do skladovac\u00edch prostor provozovatele poplatek ve v\u00fd\u0161i 500 K\u010d.<br \/><br \/>2. The Customer is obliged to pay the Operator a fee of CZK 100 for each 24 hours of storage of items removed from the storage box and stored in the Operator's storage facilities.<br \/><br \/>3. Pr\u00e1vo na vyd\u00e1n\u00ed ulo\u017een\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed ze skladovac\u00edch prostor provozovatele z\u00e1kazn\u00edk uplat\u0148uje u provozovatele na adrese: N\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed 1704\/4, 50002 Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 &#8211; Pra\u017esk\u00e9 P\u0159edm\u011bst\u00ed, \u010cesk\u00e1 republika, v provozn\u00ed dob\u011b v pond\u011bl\u00ed a\u017e p\u00e1tek 8:00 \u2013 19:00, sobota \u2013 ned\u011ble 12:00 \u2013 22:00. Ulo\u017een\u00e9 v\u011bci provozovatel vyd\u00e1 z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi pot\u00e9, co z\u00e1kazn\u00edk prok\u00e1\u017ee svoji toto\u017enost platn\u00fdm osobn\u00edm dokladem opat\u0159en\u00fdm fotografi\u00ed (ob\u010dansk\u00fd pr\u016fkaz, cestovn\u00ed pas), specifikuje v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 byly ulo\u017eeny v odkl\u00e1dac\u00edm boxu, a zaplat\u00ed provozovateli poplatky uveden\u00e9 v tomto provozn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1du.<br \/><br \/>4. The Operator shall store unclaimed baggage in the Operator's storage facilities for a maximum period of 30 days. After 30 days, the operator is entitled to dispose of the unclaimed baggage at the customer's expense. The Operator reserves the right to donate unclaimed baggage and its contents to a charitable organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V.<\/strong><br \/>1. The customer is liable to the operator for damage caused by improper handling of the storage box or its equipment, forcible opening, intentional damage, or by placing objects in the storage box that are prohibited from being placed in the storage box according to Article II of these operating rules.<br \/><br \/>2. Provozovatel odpov\u00edd\u00e1 z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi za ztr\u00e1tu, po\u0161kozen\u00ed \u010di zni\u010den\u00ed zavazadla ulo\u017een\u00e9ho v odkl\u00e1dac\u00edm boxu pouze v p\u0159\u00edpadech odborn\u011b zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 nebo nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 funkce zaji\u0161\u0165ovac\u00edho mechanismu odkl\u00e1dac\u00edho boxu, a to nejv\u00fd\u0161e do \u010d\u00e1stky 50.000 K\u010d. Tato odpov\u011bdnost se v\u0161ak nevztahuje na v\u011bci, jejich\u017e ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed do odkl\u00e1dac\u00edho boxu je dle \u010dl. II. tohoto provozn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du zak\u00e1z\u00e1no.<br \/><br \/>3. The Operator shall not be liable to the Customer for loss, damage or destruction of the baggage, or for its contents, in the case of items that are prohibited to be placed in the hold according to Article II. of these Operating Regulations, nor for unauthorised opening of the storage box by the customer who did not follow the prescribed procedure for closing the storage box and\/or if the customer communicated the PIN code enabling the opening of the storage box to a third party.<br \/><br \/>4. Provozovatel nenese \u017e\u00e1dnou odpov\u011bdnost za zme\u0161kan\u00e9 odlety, odjezdy, starty, za ztr\u00e1tu p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f, zisku, tr\u017en\u00ed pozice, z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, pov\u011bsti a p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti. Stejn\u011b tak nenese \u017e\u00e1dnou odpov\u011bdnost, pokud nespln\u00ed sv\u00e9 z\u00e1vazky v\u016f\u010di z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi z d\u016fvod\u016f vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed moci.<br \/><br \/>5. Pr\u00e1vn\u00ed vztahy vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed z vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed samoobslu\u017en\u00fdch odkl\u00e1dac\u00edch box\u016f provozovatele se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed \u010desk\u00fdm pr\u00e1vn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1dem. Jak\u00e9koliv spory vznikl\u00e9 v souvislosti s vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm samoobslu\u017en\u00fdch odkl\u00e1dac\u00edch box\u016f provozovatele n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed do pravomoci \u010desk\u00fdch soud\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VI.<\/strong><br \/>These Operating Rules shall come into force and effect on 25 May 2023<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Provozn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d
