By Resolution No. RM\/2024\/104 of 16 January 2024, the Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 City Council issued the following regulation pursuant to Section 4a(1) of Act No. 265\/1991 Coll., on the competence of the authorities of the Czech Republic in the field of prices, as amended, and in accordance with Section 11 of Act No. 128\/2000 Coll., on municipalities, as amended:<\/p>\n

PART 1<\/strong>
This Regulation establishes the maximum fares in urban public transport (hereinafter referred to as public transport) valid from 1 March 2024 in the city of Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 operated by the Transport Company of the City of Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9, a.s., with registered office at Pouchovsk\u00e1 153\/52, V\u011bko\u0161e, 500 03 Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9.<\/p>\n

PART 2<\/strong>
Fares are inclusive of the applicable VAT rate.<\/p>\n

(1) When purchasing a ticket on a weekend or holiday, it is valid for one adult and up to two children under the age of 15.<\/p>\n

2) Sending an SMS ticket order is charged to the passenger according to the operator's tariff,
used by the passenger.<\/p>\n

3) Fares You can also pay in cash. Fare on night lines is not payable by holders of basic
subscription time tickets.<\/p>\n

A ticket with time validity entitles you to travel only during its validity period.<\/p>\n

PART 5<\/strong>
Discounted fares<\/strong><\/p>\n

Discounted individual fares are provided to children and pupils attending compulsory school at the age of
from 6 to 15 years of age and citizens over 65 years of age. The discounted season ticket under Article 4 shall be
provides for primary, secondary school and university students aged 15 to 26.
In addition, seniors over 65 years of age. The entitlement of the STUDENT is proved by proof of studies. Eligibility for 2 discounted tickets for holders of the Czech Red Cross Golden Cross 3rd class award is proven by the applicant's diploma or ID card at the ticket office. Eligibility for a discounted ticket for citizens with a 3rd degree disability is proven by a certificate from the Czech Social Security Administration.<\/p>\n

PART 6<\/strong>
Free transport<\/strong><\/p>\n

They are transported free of charge:
- children under six years of age
- holders of \u201eZTP\u201c and \u201eZTP\/P\u201c cards including a guide
- holders of \u201ePTP\u201c, \u201eK\u0420V\u201c
- luggage, baby strollers with baby
- one person accompanying a child under six years of age (proof of age is provided by the child's ID card
\u00a0 health insurance, parent's ID card, birth certificate or passport)
- dogs
- bicycles
- passengers in the section between the stops Terminal HD and Hlavn\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed
- members of the Municipal Police and the Police of the Czech Republic on duty (evidenced by a service badge
\u00a0 or an MP service card)<\/p>\n

NO. 7<\/strong>
Cancellation provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation of the City of Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 No. 3\/2019 on maximum
public transport fares in the city of Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 and in transport-connected
RM\/2019\/1469 of 10 December 2019,
Regulation No. 1\/2022 of the City of Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9, supplementing the Regulation of the Statutory City of Hradec
3\/2019, on maximum fares for public transport in the city of Hradec
Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 and in transport-connected municipalities, and Ordinance of the City of Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 No. 7\/2022, which
amends Regulation No. 3\/2019 of the Statutory City of Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 on maximum fares
public transport in the city of Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 and in transport-connected municipalities.<\/p>\n
