The new school line 15Š from 5 January 2026 will strengthen the morning connections to Věkoš and Pouchov

From Monday 5 January 2026, the Hradec Králové City Transport Company will introduce a new school public transport line 15Š on school days, which will strengthen the morning connection to schools in Věkoší and Pouchov and offer a direct connection from Plotiště via Terminal HD, Hlavní nádraží and the city centre.
„The new line responds to long-standing and repeated requests from passengers to strengthen the morning connections to Věkoš and Pouchov. Line 15Š will bring a direct and capacity alternative to the busy morning services of line 13,“ said the director of the transport company Zdeněk Abraham.
Line 15Š will run on weekdays during the school year on the route Plotiště kostel (7:15) - Terminal HD (C2) - Hlavní nádraží (C) - Gočárova třída - Ulrichovo náměstí - Adalbertinum - Aldis - Akademika Bedrna - Jana Černého - Spořilovská - Věkoše-Slávie - Pouchov Sokolovna - Pouchov kostel (7:42). It will also stop at the stops Plotiště U Brandů, Plotiště pošta, Plotiště škola, Nadjezd and Na Okrouhlíku.
With regard to the introduction of line 15Š, the 15 line will no longer be dispatched at 7:15 from the Plotiště kostel stop in the direction of the Airport. At that time, line 15 will run with only one bus and the vehicle originally intended for the shuttle service will now provide line 15Š - compared to the current situation, the route will change except for the signing as far as Věkoše, from where the service will not continue to the Airport, but will go via the Věkoše-Slávie stop to Pouchov.
