Regulation of the Statutory City of Hradec Králové No.. 1/2022,

supplementing Regulation No. 3/2019 of the Statutory City of Hradec Králové on maximum prices public transport fares in the city of Hradec Králové and in transport-connected municipalities. 

By Resolution No. RM/2022/287 of 8 March 2022, the Hradec Králové City Council issued the following § 4a(1) of Act No. 265/1991 Coll., on the competence of the Czech authorities in the field of prices, In Version of later regulations a in accordance with § 11 128/2000 Coll., on municipalities, as amended, this Regulation:

Regulation No. 3/2019 of the Statutory City of Hradec Králové on maximum fares for public transport in the city of Hradec Králové and in transport-connected municipalities is supplemented as follows: 

In Article 11 „Free transport“, the following indent is added after the last indent: 

citizens of Ukraine proving with a valid passport or ID card Ukraine 

This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
