SMS ticket
The SMS ticket can be used on all means of public transport operated by DPmHK, a.s.
It is necessary to have a SIM card of one of the mobile operators of the Czech Republic and a mobile phone with By active Premium SMS Services. If this service is not active, the SMS ticket service will not work.
Within 2 minutes of ordering, the passenger will receive an incoming SMS message, which they will keep for the duration of the journey in case of a check. Passengers may only board the car with a valid SMS ticket on their mobile phone. If the SMS ticket is not received for any reason, the passenger is obliged to pay the fare in another way. The passenger has the right to file a claim for an undelivered Mobile Ticket.

Recovering a lost SMS ticket
If a ticket is deleted during its validity period, it is possible to obtain a duplicate. This service is charged at CZK 5,- incl. To send a duplicate:
1. Send a text message in the form: HKD
The price of this SMS is charged as a regular SMS according to the tariff of the operator.
2. Send SMS to the number 90030
Since the ticket has already been requested from the phone in question and the ticket is still valid, the system evaluates this SMS as a request for a duplicate and sends a copy of the Mobile Ticket to the passenger's mobile phone. In return, the passenger will receive duplicates of all the original mobile tickets that are valid at the time and assigned to the passenger's phone number.
